Notice in Biden's address to us on covid he used the word "rule" for employers who have more than 100 employees. Then he passes this on to OSHA. Note in the first few paragraphs of the OSH Act of 1970 that they do not pass laws, they suggest "rules". Also note the procedures in place for employees to participate in their adoption. There is also language about exemptions from new "rules" that would harm them. The lawyers are sharpening their knives. https://www.osha.gov/laws-regs/oshact/completeoshact

They can and sure It may get stopped in like 3-4 years but untill then many will either take the poison or lose Thier livelihood.
Remember
WOLVERINES!!
If the employees stand together in their decent, I'm pretty sure a judge could put a stay on any "rule". My hope is everyone will get to keep their job right then and there while it works it's way through the courts for years.
That's a lot of hope for a currupt country I hope you are correct. But I'm preparing for the worse case scenario.
One of the greatest accomplishments of DJT was to seat over 400 good conservative federal judges. That might help. Obama missed a great opportunity.
