Went to the doc today for a regular checkup. Got the usual "want a COVID shot?" Of course, I said no. I explained that despite the news that Pfizer has been approved, I know that is a lie. I told her I know there are plenty of treatment options avaikable to get me through if I should catch it.
My doctor started going off on Biden and all his bull$%@& and volunteered that she fully supported all the 'alternate' treatments. I confirmed that she would prescribe HCQ, Ivermectin, monoclonal antibodies, whatever I wanted if needed.
We had a nice long discussion about a lot of things. Wouldn't be surprised to find her here.
This is a new doctor for us this year. She has asked us with every visit if we want the jab and we just said no, and she let it go. Today I was feeling a little salty and just had to expand on the discussion. Boy, was I surprised. But we are in red country in Delaware and is originally from Florida, so...
She is a nurse practitioner vs an MD. I've found I have better luck (and care) vroom NP's in general anyway.
