The Dictator speech on vax mandates from Xiden looks like a CGI character? Also, he is able to continue a speech of more than a few minutes, no real gafs and an awfully aggressive demeanor. It seemed very off, even for him. I don’t feel it is him, or there is an actor playing the actor that normally plays Xiden.

To my eyes, this is not the Biden we saw during the Obama years, and I do think it's some guy playing a part. There are just too many truly bizarre things going on with him, and sometimes his performance has the tone of parody. I often get the feeling the guy is enjoying himself in his role, and I've wondered how much of it is ad-lib versus scripted.
