6th Grade in Western Canada when it happened. The cartoons were replaced by news stories. The teachers were talking about it, some of them crying. The newspapers and newscasts were blanket coverage for weeks. I thought that things like that always happened and that was just how the world was...and now I can’t remember how it was before.
