Didn't realize it was legal to beat the fuck out of women now, what a "progressive" society we live in.

It's not only legal - it is strongly encouraged. They are the ones that are largely responsible for a lot of the destruction of traditional values... now they get to experience the full effects of the law of unintended consequences.
