Other than obamacare, check out all the exec orders and other bills signed by Hussein in his last days before Trump took over in 2016. Like this one banning animal testing.

Why rush in something like this? So there would not be any dead animal test subjects that would be a roadblock to pushing the planned deathvax on humans. Just skip all safety testing entirely, what could possibly go wrong?
