Been saying this since Joey's installation. If you go back and watch when Bill and "Hill" came down the steps for the installation, Bill went down one side of the steps and then "Hillary" came down the other side, but was a couple of steps behind Bill. It gave the illusion that "Hillary" was her normal height.
