Get your lawyer to force the hospital to provide letter or termination... otherwise, you are still officially on the payroll.

When these rent-a-person-with-a-gun even tho they dont know how to use them, TELL THEM if they are forcibly removed, they will be sued, being that they are still on the payroll and have not been formally notified of their termination, and until that happens, if they touch the staff without grounds to do so, they are going to be sued as well as the hospital.

I believe that if the employees are on the payroll, and they are not scheduled for any work shifts, and not being paid, then they are eligible for unemployment checks. There is a certain period of time that has to pass, but if the employer jerks them around, they can collect unemployment checks.

I think they would have canned her, but instead are trying to "let her go" for other reasons, because they know the penalty for letting her go due to the mandate is criminal and punishable by death, and are by proxy trying to fire her for not signing in or "not showing up".
