Yep, recently my wife's hospital had to divert patients because while they are already short staffed as it is (and therefore using less than max beds) they had several nurses and staff call in and therefore had to go on diversion. That's exactly what it is which I think the mandates are an attempt to make things even worse by forcing the firing/resignation of more hospital staff to then blame on "unvaxxed".
Exactly guys, ERs can't turn away a patient that comes in. If you aren't dying it could take some time but they will find a bed and make a spot to put someone in that is sick. I love this board because most here have woken up and overdosed on blue pills. Yes, I said most, shills and glowies have been thicker than usual and they irritate one to no end.
