Couple options:

targeted population/location for hot covid vax
That location didn’t have susceptible population (targeted genes for vax to be hot)
Funeral director lied bc they didn’t want to say the wrong thing and get in trouble.
Vax not as effective as bio weapon as originally thought.

Anything else?
