Is fda playing games again? The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty

I know i read the page that said the vaccine and comirnaty were 2 different things with vaccine eua extended and comirnaty approved but not available till 2024 or 2025.i cant find it and need it if somebody has it.

But here they are saying the vaccine is now known as comirnaty and is fully approved.
