Based on the ears I think it's the same Kim. They couldn't match Bidens ears with his double so I don't think the best Koreans would be capable of something like hat.
It would be good if we had higher resolution photos but the curves and bumps line up pretty well given the slight perspective change, imo.
At the very uppermost part of the ear? It appears to be there in the old photo, just lighting is a bit different.

It definitely doesn’t look like the same guy. I have a friend that lost 100 lbs the last couple years and she still looks like the friend I’ve known for 40 years, just a lot healthier & happier. I would never look at that thinner guy & think he looks like Kim.
