Is there a difference in deterioration if someone only got one of the shots vs both? I have a few friends who got the first and won’t get the second.

Wondering if ADE, heart problems, other symptoms are more likely to start with the first dose or the second.

I think some of my relatives that got both shots, but right after they came out, got placebos. They were never sick after either shot, and I would never have known they took them as they look and act the same. My worry now is that they will take the 3rd and I have no hopes of it being a placebo.
