I called the station. Got the breaking news department, they immediately put me on hold. What I heard when on hold was a recording of them bragging how they are journalists, believe in the first amendment bla bla BLA. I hang up and call back, they answer again breaking news department. I barley got a word out about their article, and put to a voicemail for comments. I called back, they answer, I say I have breaking news!!! You're all in danger and need to leave now. I frequent a website and the comments are scary for you. Your constant putting people on hold, is making them want to come down to your station and question you all in person. I go on to say, your recording I listened to while on hold bragged of your journalist integrity and first amendment admiration. That document also says we the people have a right to form militia and remove enemies foreign and domestic. You're lopsided coverage covid makes many feel you're insulting the first amendment with bias coverage. I even read where they want your employees info, cause at the rate this country is going, when there's nothing left to live for, why not punish those who were complicit?
He did speak up a couple times, I just kept insisting I was just trying to help him and his co-workers, cause you know as well as I do, that anything is possible now.
I'm paraphrasing from my memory, I don't believe I embellished too much
I ended with, if you could do some stories about covid that encompass the sentiment of your comments on Facebook and such, you might win some folks back, and won't seem biased about covid. That's when he said he needed to end the call and hung up
