Yeah, I was thinking of this too. Is this plan a white hat deployment in place of the guise of riot control? Or is it a black hat op to distract from the labor shortage, and divert NG resources?

Definitely strange, with NG working on hospitals in WA and OK, and driving schoolkids in MA. What's next? NG lifeguards in FL, and NG schoolteachers in Chicago? Strange times...
