Israel is tropical so they don't have summer/winter.
If anything you would expect tropical countries to have lower infection rates, because the people there get more natural vitamin D. The fact that their cases have skyrocketed since the clot shot was introduced therefore suggests that ADE is already kicking in, and the clot shot has damaged their immune systems.
