Help - Do I Save New Born Baby Stem Cells?

My family is growing soon! :)

I was asked (by someone I respect) if I intended to save the baby stem cells at birth from the umbilical cord.

Money is not an issue.

I trust this place more than an internet search. Any insight or guidance is appreciated.
