Yeah, this is how you let criminals get away with their crimes, AGAIN.
Remember, the idea behind civil punishment is to discourage other people from committing the same crime, not just punishment.
The commies have not feared the public in a long time. One man going in and threatening an entire board is a huge deal, all the people clapping at the end is the "And we have his back" exclamation point to boot.
You can bet that school boards around the country are taking note.
