If you can find the footage that is a wide angle before they zoom in on Trump and he says the line, you can pretty clearly see Milley and his wife on the far left corner of the screen. She's in a black dress. Not saying that's evidence that proves he's a white hat, of course, but it's a piece of info that I never see mentioned here that could be useful.
