Speaking to the CCP and promising he would give them advanced notice if we were to attack? Unless the book (possible) is all BS, but Milley has not denied any of it.

I think what he's saying is that all we have is an excerpt from a book from a known Trump hater. There's no audio transcript of said call as of yet.
