Wonder why the hospitals are 100% full?

Staff are quitting....they are basing hospital bed availability on their allocated staff sizes. Mandates get fucked.

Since the big hospital consolidations a couple decades ago, "excess" beds were cut out. For profitability hospital corporations desire to manage their ICUs at near capacity!!
