This is false data. On the linked map, it shows Wisconsin has 399 when the actual count as of yesterday is 13,000. They are complaining about everything and claim 'they just want to leave'. Doesn't make sense.

Yes I see that. Their numbers are way off. This is yesterday's Racine Journaltimes article ...
