Just got the email requiring I provide vaccination status - help!

I know this has been asked before, but what are my options? If I do not put anything down I will be outed. So far they are only asking for dates, not batch numbers. So do I lie, or do I leave blank and wait for someone to contact me and go from there?

Your best option is either a religious or medical exemption. Since most people are not good at writing articles, look up a template and pull samples from it and mold it to make it your own
