Just got the email requiring I provide vaccination status - help!

I know this has been asked before, but what are my options? If I do not put anything down I will be outed. So far they are only asking for dates, not batch numbers. So do I lie, or do I leave blank and wait for someone to contact me and go from there?

no one needs to fucking know what the fuck you decide with your health. I don't go around asking people how big their dick is or if they already had their period... because it's none of my fucking business.. sorry I'm just pissed, I don't go around asking fat people how much they weigh. Fuck.
