Just got the email requiring I provide vaccination status - help!

I know this has been asked before, but what are my options? If I do not put anything down I will be outed. So far they are only asking for dates, not batch numbers. So do I lie, or do I leave blank and wait for someone to contact me and go from there?

One way not to lie is to ask them questions.

Did you get your vax yet? Which one? Any reactions? Who is your doctor? Do you like sex in your butt? Didnt I see you shooting up behind a bar last Friday?

Do you have any 'dirt' on your boss or the company? While they ask you personal questions, answer them with MORE PERSONAL questions.
