We know its not about anyone's health, but what is the incentive? Besides decreasing the population, that's a given.
Family member's employer is mandating the shot by Oct 1st. The HR dept calls all the employees every week to (bully/scare) if they are in compliance. Heavy duty push going on here. The company is a contractor with mainly hospitals for clients. The hospitals have mandated that all employees and contractors must be vaccinated or terminated by Oct 1st.
I have read there will be a $14,400 fine for each employee not in compliance, but what about the other way around? They must be getting a huge payment if they can prove 100% are fully vaccinated. Anyone know?
I’m pretty sure my company is doing it due to government contracts.
