But it sounds like this is the kind of trinkets being bought by Boards of Education with the mountain of money being supplied by the covid emergency orders. Is this a condition of getting the money? Bristol got in excess of $5million. A small neighboring town got over $2million. Is this happening everywhere? More research needed.
