You ever thought we are downplaying it to prevent a FF? Appear weak when you are strong. Read your Presidents book. Get to know his personality. Read Q drops. My brother - Fann put out comments directly OPPOSITE to what Maricopa Country put out - this could be a simple saving of face Fann allowed them to take. Ya know, because they relented when threatened with no money with the same thing they could have given 9 months ago and so to get the routers right now and not after more court dates, Fann allowed Maricopa to pretend they won. Think big fren.
