Guys, this is not a big deal. Sometimes CMZ is over the target, sometimes he misses it by a mile. Do you think at this point in the plan when everything is lining up they would make rookie mistakes?

This could also be optics. If it looks like the Q crowd is skeptical of this Special Master and we don't trust him, then he turns up info that benefits us, it looks better and less biased for us.
