If WSJ is the original published source, who leaked it to the WSJ and why?
Its about communication networks and its about messaging.
We are all just clueless observers... but we see what we see... and what we see is what "they", the black hats and the white hats, the puppet masters and Q, want us to see.
Remember, the number of us who see the messaging is infintesimally small, and all we can read are the message externals, not the text.
But that is enough to know to keep you powder dry and not succumb to unreasonable fear.
