And, when we defeat them, we must defeat them TOTALLY. We cannot leave so much as a seed of evil behind to grow once again. We cannot show mercy to evil.

(It never went well for those in the Bible who refused to listen to God's command to totally wipe out an evil. May we have the wisdom to learn from their mistakes!)
