Relative working remote for a company contracted to US Government to provide IT services is now being required to get vax'd as condition of employment. Needs to keep job, but knows it is a death jab. What to do?

I am beginning to get calls from people that are being let go because of the vax. Finally, some quality candidates. (true story!)
