What is 'sickle cell anemia'?

What is Fauci's connection to it? (history, not name-wise)

What population has sickle cell anemia affected the most?

How had Fauci been involved with that geographic area in the past?

Was it a positive involvement?

How does malaria and parasitism instersect?

How does ivermectin fit in with the above?

How does Moloch and the sickle connect?
