As someone who works w/ oncology patients, me and my coworker have this discussion almost daily. For the first time the other day, I noticed that somebody actually charted that a patients sarcoma happened AFTER he got the shot. I’ve never seen any illness charted in the same sentence as the patient receiving the shot. 🤷🏼‍♀️
