This was the illness I wrote about in another post. I'm not medical but I think she had a stroke. My BIL is a doctor and thinks she had a stroke or a seizure.

As far as the article goes, all major news organizations have obits ready to go for many famous people. Sounds like this one was written or updated when she had that little brain episode.
