No side effects! I take it at least once a week! If I feel like I am getting a cold (ie sore throat) or if around lots of people, I take a dose! If I have a sore throat, it actually feels better after taking it! Around my young adult nieces who were diagnosed with covid, I took ivermectin paste, and did not get it.
