I have encountered some people that are pretty based but don't know a thing about devolution or the Law of War, I try to spread the word to them and tell 'em to look it up-I will be asking questions, though... I talked a bit with a neighbor that knows more than most about the vaxx, but I always start with the easy facts, because too severe the info would turn off the mind. OTOH, I talk to fellow Viet Nam vets and let 'em know a solution is on hand and it amazes me that me, an old E-3 telling an old O-3s these things and they tell me "I hope you're right, guy"...
