Because MTG is doing it for publicity, like she does everything for publicity. This is about the third or fourth time she's filed the articles of impeachment, it can't go anywhere because Pelosi is speaker.

MTG's game is make a big scene for the cameras and get more popular through congressional trolling, and it works.
