The algorithm will not add as watched unless a viewer completes the video. That's what I've seen on videos there. If I like a video, so I can go back to view again, but I don't let it run to end, it's not counted as a view
Do u know if one fast forwards to the last few secs then watches does that count?
I had read comments here skipping to the end does count as a watch. I believe the topic at the time was dislikes on Whitehouse videos. Same algorithm though. Skip to end then choose thumb up or down. Sorry, I finally slept after 23days of work. Late response. Now, back to work on night shift as ny 24hr weekend is over.
TY no issues on delays I get people have lives outside this great community.
