Can 'We The People' Remove the Georgia Guidestones?

The ownership of the guidestones were given to Elbert County, Georia by the original man commissioned to construct them.

Could a petition with many names and a Gofundme to cover the costs be enough to take it down.....?

That would be an interesting (and awesome) We The People move...

I remember, a little while back, someone on /pol/ made a thread about a guy in Britian flying a plane with a trailer message that said "White Lives Matter:, and a British poster was laughing at all the American posters for talking about how he would get in trouble. It was something that stuck with me.
