I often wonder who it would be patrolling my streets in my small midwestern town? National Guardsmen, whom I know and served with... nope. The officers (4 of them) who live on the same street as me... nope. Who? I can say this, it won't be local, because the locals know we will go after their lives and their families if they fuck with ours.
