I like that! Also the picture for the Wireless Emergency Alert in the link you had for Oct 3rd. There is a Friday the 15th this month. I'm not sure if the alert would come on the 3rd or the 15th? But if that weekend is in fact suicide weekend, Sunday the 3rd for the alert might make sense!
Ill just say that the beginning of oct is gooing to be... interesting.
