Seems there is an obvious Q in both of the images on the right, but then again.......

Doctor shows a patient images of a dog, a house, and a butterfly and asks what’s the first word comes to mind for each.

Sex, sex, and sex

Doctor surmises that the patient has a fixation with sex to which the patient replies, “Well your the one showing me all the dirty pictures”! 😆
