IMHO, this is to distract people from the DOMINION criminality. It's a limited hangout operation. They admit the election was stolen because they know it's going to come out. So, they say it's ballot harvesting and dead people to protect the fact that it was mostly DOMINION and other cyber methods that did the bulk of the stealing.
