I thought about that as someone facing the mandate at my facility... but the gov't has to approve your certificate of need to open any new facility.

We will call it something else. New names for clinics, caregivers... we won't be eligible for ''health insurance'' anymore, either.. it would need to be a co-operative. I'm on board.
