Exactly! Anyone with any amount of trust in the FDA would be disgusted. Nurses have to live by these crazy patient satisfaction standards. When the homeless guy complains he didn’t get a burger on his clear liquid diet, scores go down and we are chastised, if not fired. Yet, this…. I can’t!
