I am investigating the possibility of starting a staffing agency for various occupations which have been impacted by the Vax Mandates. I am a nurse and we all know the implications of working while not accepting the jab. I know many nurses that are unwilling to accept the shot but as deadlines near may end up without a job. These nurses are however, likely to take a "shot" if given by a trusted agency representative, especially if the nurse is required to draw their own injection and document their vax card as an efficient way of educating new hires on the process. An agency with the appropriate structure could administer the jab in house in order to show compliance to contract employers. What steps are needed to start a staffing agency that could fill this need?

I believe you are anticipating a real need. Suggest you call it PureBlood staffing and open it up to many occupations not just nursing. I’ve heard there maybe 2 medical systems in the future and two economies. So you’re probably on track.
Good luck, buddy's wife who is a nurse usually brings homes all their shots (flu shot etc) and tends to do it for family which may or may not be illegal anyway to begin with, but it is a small town, whatever.
She is UNABLE and they will not let her take any of the C19 vax home to give to family if they choose to, they have to go to the hospital to get that one so it may be tricky getting permission to do what you want.
Not sure about the business aspect.
I have a potential "medical director" MD, that would be the provider of record and location of administration.
That seems like it would get you through the door to get an established physical presence, then you would just need to get through all the red tape. I wish you well! Your idea does sound like it would be needed especially if they keep up these jab requirements.
