Need help writing a spiritual objection to the vaccine.

Here's what I have short and to the point? Thoughts?

Spiritual basis for vaccination objection.
I hold a sincere spiritual belief that my creator endowed me with the right to embrace or refuse anything that someone else wants to put into my body. My body is my temple and your mandate on this vaccine is a violation of my spiritual beliefs.

How often you go to church has nothing to do with your spiritual beliefs and they have no right to ask. Fascists is right!
