Dear friend who works for NRCS is looking at the vax or being fired, and could use some help creating a religious exemption letter. I saw a list of such here and now cant find it. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

If Catholic it can be signed. If not, can use letter as a template. It's the most succinct example I've seen so far.
