I see a snake, which is the symbol of Satan, ruling over all of the Earth. What do you see?

Historically, serpents and snakes represent fertility or a creative life force. As snakes shed their skin through sloughing, they are symbols of rebirth, transformation, immortality, and healing.
Who comes up with this shit?
Lol, people, a long long time ago. Animal symbolism is hundreds to thousands of years old. (I work in art so I know a bit about this) During Medieval times or during the Renaissance animals were used extensively in paintings to symbolise things. For example, rabbits for erotica and sexual desire, lions for pride and wrath, horses for power and noblesse, mice for adaptability and fertility, and even skulls (memento mori) for carpe diem - live life because remember you're mortal.
Dovecotes = brothels
Anyone with a dirty mind that saw a snake's mouth wide open and made their personall associations
Well yes and no. Yes if you believe the bible is the beginning. No if you don't, because before the bible there was for example Greek mythology. And in Greek mythology Zeus (the God of all Gods) placed Asclepius in the sky as the constellation Ophiucus, "the Serpent-Bearer". The modern symbol of medicine is the rod of Asclepius, a snake twining around a staff, while the symbol of pharmacy is the bowl of Hygieia, a snake twining around a cup or bowl. Hygieia was a daughter of Asclepius.
I question everything these days. Like, how do we know this. Because that’s what we’ve been taught? Because we found pottery and remnants and were told that was the story behind it? Because ancient books and stories told us? It’s feeling more and more like our entire history as humans is in question.
According to Wikipedia, Down Syndrome was around in medieval times, and the evidence to support that claim is a crude painting of people with weird looking eyes
